What exactly is free?

What do I pay for?
Sights (the cloud wiki of your codebase) and access to the cloud indexes (community agents, public repo catalog, team sync). The $20/month subscription unlocks these. Tokens are used to analyze repos into Sights.
Can I upgrade from inside the terminal?
Yes. When you use a Sights feature, Merlin will offer to upgrade you right there. You can also run the upgrade command directly. It takes you to a checkout page and you're back to building in under a minute.
How do tokens work?
Tokens are consumed when Merlin analyzes your codebase into a Sight and on each commit sync. 1 token covers about 2,500 lines. Syncs are much cheaper (0.1-1 token). Tokens never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel and keep access until the end of your billing period. Tokens stay in your account forever.
